I make something kinda like this... and as simple. YUMMY!Red Potatoes (leave skin on) - chop into small pieces and line the bottom of the crock-pot.4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast on top of potatoes1 C of your favorite Italian DressingSprinkle the top of Chix with Italian Seasoning (as much as you like) and Parm. Cheese (however much as you would like).Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on High for about 4 hours... but slow/low is better:)
